Good Things, Good Days is the creative studio of artist and writer Milna Yera — also known as Milna Cultivates. I work in mixed‑media art, reflective writing, and slow creative practice rooted in ritual, curiosity, and everyday beauty. My work moves gently, intentionally, and at the pace of real life.

I’ve always been drawn to the quiet parts of the creative process — the in‑between moments where ideas soften, shift, and become something new. Whether I’m layering textures, tending to small rituals, or writing through the emotional weather of a day, I follow the kind of making that feels honest and alive.

This space is a living archive of that process.

A place for essays, sketches, visual notes, and the small, meaningful experiments that shape my work. Nothing here is rushed. Nothing is forced. It’s a studio built on rhythm over urgency, expression over outcome, and the belief that art can be both gentle and transformative.

When I’m not creating with my hands, I’m telling stories. When I’m not telling stories, I’m listening for the next one. I move between mediums the way some people move between seasons — slowly, intuitively, and with a sense of wonder for what might unfold.

If you’re here for original artwork, mixed‑media pieces, or reflective writing, you’re in the right place. Commissions are open, and I’m always happy to answer questions or help however I can.

Intentional. Unrushed. Alive.

That’s the rhythm I choose — in art, in writing, and in the way I move through the world.
